Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Additional countries will be added gradually as part of our expansion plan.
Delivery Time
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
Other governorates: 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping provider.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or for orders above a specified purchase amount.
Order Receipt

Please inspect your package before accepting delivery. If the package shows any visible damage, notify the shipping company immediately and contact our Customer Support within 24 hours.
